Five years since I did this, and yes, I was clearly trying to do something 'a bit Keith Haring'. #WhenWasThings #May1983

Team America #12

Shockingly, this might actually be one of the very best Hydra stories and the emphasis on their individual humanity while being trapped in the organization is actually pretty fascinating. People join out of desperation and then it’s too late.

Last issue! I’m actually gonna miss this silly team of latent psychic motocross racers. Interesting enough, the team really does break up and go their separate ways.

The Invincible Iron Man #170

James Rhodes take the mantle on. This is close to when I started reading comics and Rhodey had always been my Iron Man.

The Saga Of Crystar Crystal Warrior #1

The awesome character designs and potential drama didn’t make up for the tediously generic fantasy world building. I imagined so much as a kid that wasn’t there!

The Saga Of Crystar Crystal Warrior #1

I was lightly obsessed with reading this series from the one issue I had read as a kid! Sadly, I didn’t really care for it when I finally got to read it.

42 revolutions around the sun today. Thank you to everyone who has called, texted, came to one of my celebrations, or who has made my birthday (month) special.

I'd like to think it's a testament to how my parents and grandmother raised me.

And Happy Birthday to my #May12 twins!
