She reported the new Mead drop box collected 1,080 ballots to date.

At its July 13 meeting the Board approved an amended agenda, a parks and recreation proclamation, Resolution 40‑R‑2026 (art fabrication agreement) and Resolution 46‑R‑2026 (PROST adoption); the audit presentation produced a clean opinion and staff highlighted key financials.

The board adopted the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails (PROST) master plan, which proposes typologies for parks and open space, roughly 62 miles of proposed regional trails (23 miles primary, 39 miles secondary), and an estimated $20.5 million in potential PROS capital funding over 10 years under current assumptions.
