Koger bought a grocery chain I worked for in CO in the 80s. They beat the unions there as well. I went from $18.99/hr to $10.25 as a journeyman meatcutter (seafood).

I'll say it again, as a former meatcutter, that is absolutely not 5lbs. of meat, that's about half pound at best. Think about a pot roast from the store, those are about 3-4lbs. 🤦🏻♂️ #misinformation
