hoai2k/mechmayhem: The intro card goes up the moment the arena is chosen, not after the stage is built (e156124)
The intro card goes up the moment the arena is chosen, not after the stage is built startBattle tore the select screen down, built the arena, and then waited up to 400ms for any fighter model still downloading before raising the loading card — and in that window the mode was already 'battle' with no battle object, so the canvas was uncovered and drew the half-built, unlit board through the default camera. The line-up (RANDOM picks and paint clashes included) is now settled first, since it needs nothing that loads, and LoadScreen.show() puts the card up straight away over the menu; every wait and the arena build happen under it. start() adopts that card when the battle exists and counts the time it was already up toward MIN_T. The round-2 card is unchanged. The now-unused 'LOADING {arena}' chip string is dropped. tools/scratch/introgap.mjs drives the real menus with a cold model (?prefetch=0) and counts frames of arena before the card: 1 before, 0 after. tools/scratch/loadscreen.mjs still passes (reveal, round-2 hold).
