To be fair, "the most dangerous thing with [insert fad tech/business trend of day] is McKinsey types overusing it" has been the story of the North American economy since around when Kennedy was President.
I actually think the most dangerous thing with AI is vc/McKinsey types overestimating the abilities of AI and using it in places where it shouldn't be used. Dumb and dangerous
