I spoke to Victor Vallo, music director with ASO, about the concert, the musicians, and the world premiere of "Ruby," the work the ASO commissioned from me. I can't wait to hear it live in concert! The concert is coming up Sunday, November 1 at 2pm at The Rev/Merry-Go-Round Playhouse in Auburn, NY.

The Cayuga Chamber Orchestra is kicking of its 50th Anniversary season, with a fantastic concert planned. I had a chance to catch up with CCO Executive Director Sarah Chandler and Music Director Guillaume Pirard to find out more about the stories behind this concert. I think you'll enjoy hearing about a neat twist on Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 3, as well as a new work from Christina Courtin, her "rhapsody on being giant-proof." Take a listen!
