Female duo playing piano/synth and electric guitar while sharing half of the duties on drum kit at the same time. Cycles between dreamy piano/synth driven pop, forbidding ambient spoken word and angular post-punk noisy guitar.

So Monday’s aren’t my favourite day, but Marco delivered this and it’s 🔥!!!

(MEITEIMAHI) just released a beautiful video for the title track of their recent album 「すみか（SUMIKA）」

There is, at last, after an 18 month drought, some new music I like. Which I guess makes it album of the year so far.

No idea how to classify it. Varies from dream-pop to noise-rock I guess *shrug*

A new discovery - 酩酊麻痺 (meiteimahi), a Tokyo duo playing a mixture of dreamy pop and experimental abrasive noise rock (as usual with much music I like, it's hard to categorise 😁).

The new album すみか (sumika) is great.
