Only announced with a sneak update to the webpage (with an outdated "last updated" date - tsk, tsk!)

Text reads as follows Meningococcal Vaccines ACIP recommends GSK's MenABCWY vaccine may be used when both MenACWY and MenB are indicated at the same visit* *1) healthy persons aged 16–23 years (routine schedule) when shared clinical decision-making favors administration of MenB vaccine and 2) persons aged ≥10 years who are at increased risk for meningococcal disease (e.g., because of persistent complement deficiencies, complement inhibitor use, or functional or anatomic asplenia). With no current CDC Director and pending confirmation of a new CDC Director, this recommendation was adopted by the HHS Secretary on June 25, 2025 and is now an official recommendation of the CDC. RSV Vaccines - Adults ACIP recommends adults 50–59 years of age who are at increased risk of severe RSV diseasea receive a single dose of RSV vaccine.b,c a. CDC will publish Clinical Considerations that describe chronic medical conditions and other risk factors for severe RSV disease for use in this risk-based recommendation. b. At this time, RSV vaccination is recommended as a single dose only. Persons who have already received RSV vaccination are NOT recommended to receive another dose. c. RSV vaccine can be administered with any product licensed in this age group. With no current CDC Director and pending confirmation of a new CDC Director, this recommendation was adopted by the HHS Secretary on June 25, 2025 and is now an official recommendation of the CDC.

In November '23, the UK Joint Scientific Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) recommended the use of MenB vaccine to prevent gonorrhoea in people who are more likely to get an STI.

That recommendation is still waiting to be implemented.

MenB disease is less common overall but disproportionately affects college-aged individuals Recent outbreaks on college campuses (e.g., Princeton, UCSB, UMich) were MenB
The MenB vaccine was only approved in 2014–2015, and is newer in routine practice.
