Raww really hates Mermahn

I don't think I'll ever forget Filipino Squidward

dave franco as were-asong gubat raww is plenty sympathetic, and manny jacinto’s bungi and kevin mccann’s mermahn made me cry laughing. batiba reminded me of a cat and a tarsier and also totoro. LOVED manang. killer character design, genuinely menacing but so incredibly cool.

Gyro Zeppeli (Steel Ball Run), Jo, Raissa, Bungi, Prince Mermahn & Raww (Forgotten Island), Madoka & Homura (PMMM), Carol Naylight (OC), Mega Hawlucha, Yhwach & Sosuke Aizen (Bleach: TYBW), Speedy Gonzales (Looney Tunes) & Wile E. Coyote & Elizabeth (Coyote x Gintama).

Finished #ForgottenIsland:

To say that this was one of DreamWorks' best would be an understatement. The way they captured Filipino culture, and blended it with a beautiful/fun friendship story, I'd say this film is worthy of being remembered.

It was cute! Cutesy art and a great story all around! (Fucking Mermahn killed us wkwkwkw- /vlh)

There's just one problem: Aracele's backstory is fucking SCREWED FUCK- /VLH
BUT AT LEAST WE HAVE A PLAN FOR HER SO THAT'S GOOD-

Prince Mermahn has same voice actor as Ethical Bug

WELL- Manananggal had become a folklore here so i know her-

Mermahn & Duwende feels like Nyai Roro Kidul's combination

Batibat & Bungi reminded me of this forest mountain spirit who follow trekkers at night- /forgor the name- but my acquaintance had an encounter once- it was terrifying 🧎‍♂️

This movie would be an easy 9/10 if they just got rid of Bungi and Mermahn or at least gave them less screentime
