It's not quite accurate to Mecha Sonic's sprite in Sonic 3, but I have always really loved the design for this incarnation of Metallix.

Didn't draw anything in time this year, but will instead mention the background for this was kitbashed from the VHS covers of Beetlejuice and Beetleborgs Metallix

Oh yeah, the first appearance of Metallix is in this issue too. I'm really excited to get to the first couple Metallix stories again, they might be the best part of Sonic the Comic.

Not a movie one but Mac Windy AKA B-Fighter Yanma from B-Fighter Kabuto was played by a young Reuben Langdon AKA Dante from the Devil May Cry Series
He was also the suit actor of Dragonborg when the series was turned into Beetleborgs Metallix in the US which was the localized version of Yanma

A vastly improved Metallix model is ready to be released as a V2. Having some trouble actually uploading the update (doesn't seem to be uploading for some reason) but keep an eye out.

I disavow the Brotherhood of Metallix. AI taking away jobs is bad enough but we do not need such advanced AI messing with time travel as well.

I'm also still waiting on Blackwood's rigging to be done, need to fix some things with the dark legion patch and then do the gmod port, and continue with Metallix.

Ah, a Metallix model.
I'll eventually work on a different Metallix model made by a Twitter user, but that'll be in the future under a different collab.

Finished up a model of Metallix.
The original head of the model had literally thousands of polygons and crashed my blender many times when trying to reduce the face count, so I opted to use a retextured shadow head.

Reminds me of AlvinEarthworm's/Mark Haynes weird ass decision that he would have brought back Smithy from SMRPG, who is probably the most basic out of all of the other Mario RPG villains, over ones like Fawful and Dimentio, had he continued Super Mario Bros. Z and got past the Metallix saga.

I know that Mark Haynes is guilty of worse. Saying some bullshit that constantly got him suspended from Twitter, which I think was racist. And he's also a misogynist, and God, I don't want to know what he had planned for Amy Rose when he got to the flashback arc where Metallix kills everyone, if so.
