These look nice, but do you plan on restocking the MisterPi?

@starrymirai.moe how do you feel about your superstation? is it appreciably a different experience from the mister/misterpi?

Thanks to my MisterPi, I have pretty much every game up to Y2K. Also, up to my PS3 and Xbox 360.

I love ~2010 PC games like Skyrim, Terraria and Minecraft.

But for modern (now) games, it's Baldur's Gate 3 and Cyberpunk 2077.

Anyway, I'm installing BG3 because of "D&D: Honor Among Thieves".

@takiudon.bsky.social I've been hyping MiSTerPi and SuperStation for years. I've been eagerly following the project and telling others about it since the day it was announced. At least 6 people have told me they bought MP or SS1 because of me. I'll be telling people to avoid RetroRemake from now on.

The funniest thing about the FPGA physical disc setup is how my karaoke CD-G discs all play now.

Tether "Mad Yowling" Cat at the mic!
August 17, 2026 at 8:57 PM
Okay, so get this. For my MisterPi FPGA unit and all its consoles and unexplored games I'm currently wading through, there's a Panasonic 3DO release called NeuroDancer.

Now... it's spicy. R-rated spicy.

But the opening cinematic has a mid-90s earworm like Enigma's "Principles Of Lust / Sadeness."
August 7, 2026 at 1:45 PM
Yeah, my MisterPi FPGA unit is just 1000s of 1970s-to-2010s games, so it too takes the edge off.

Where it lacks in new games, Steam on my PC picks up that slack.

The Switch is cumbersome, has four (expensive) games, and basically is Nintendo-centric. Meh.

Dumb question but is Console Mode only for the SuperStation, or will it be available on MisterPi at some point?
July 29, 2026 at 5:57 AM
Playing my MisterPi tonight, fired up a new game (to me): 1983's "Spike".

Holy Vib Ribbon almighty!!

What REALLY snagged me was that little TV-worm enemy.

Ho ho! Is that Vibri's grandparent?

I have a Retro Rewind MiSterPi in addition to a Superstation One. The experience is not massively different, tbh. Built in wifi adapter, a much more easily accessible MicroSD slot, a dedicated power switch. I prefer wireless controllers so I haven't used its PSX memory card or controller slots.
July 19, 2026 at 8:02 PM
sorry i should clarify: i played this on my misterpi, which is ostensibly the same DE-10 nano clone that the superstation uses.
July 17, 2026 at 4:45 PM
I offloaded about 3000 games to a used game store, then took that value and bought me an FPGA MisterPi unit with zero regrets.

Good job on the find, but y'all don't be too surprised that physical media keeps appearing.
July 10, 2026 at 8:45 PM
yeah the PS5 controller can sometimes control your PS5 system WHILE your controlling another device (PC/MisterPi/ETC.)

only PS5 has this issue.

Vous pourrez tjrs venir chez moi jouer à des trucs retro sur mon MisterPi et à GGXXACPR sur la Souiche.
July 1, 2026 at 1:57 PM
Finally got the mount positioned just right for my portable monitor. This is exclusively for my MisterPI which sits at my desk.
June 29, 2026 at 9:27 PM
its designed to be a "no brainpower required" version of the mister system, but as the console mode update hasn't dropped yet it's still just a regular ol MisterPi in a new box (With the hardware improvements)
June 29, 2026 at 2:47 AM
I love the Saturn sm, but it's so expensive to get one here

I got a MisterPi instead lmao
June 25, 2026 at 7:14 AM
Got a MisterPi a while back, great platform and device.
June 16, 2026 at 10:32 PM
this is a self own because i have barely finished shit on my misterpi
June 2, 2026 at 9:26 PM
i'm not gonna be cheeky and say 'get a mister clone/analogue pocket' cause those things are still premiums, and i'm privileged to have my misterpi

but you can just do what those things do with your computer or smart phone, right now.
May 29, 2026 at 6:35 PM
Nice. I have a MiSTerPi. Damn fine product. Excited to pick up a SuperStation at some point.
April 24, 2026 at 12:04 AM
i'll let you know in a few weeks - haven't booted it up yet, won't have time to give it a go for awhile. but it's by the misterpi folks, and from what i can tell, is basically a misterpi in a very nice form factor with a bunch of expansions and accessories built-in.
March 31, 2026 at 9:02 PM
Nice. I got the misterpi and still found myself *this* close to ordering one of these.
