"Day 223, orbit 3456 — We’ve all heard the saying, “Don’t play with your food”... To be honest, in microgravity, it’s hard to resist!" says @esa.int astronaut Sophie Adenot.

As I understand it tortillas are the superior breadstuff for space because they don't produce crumbs (or at least, not nearly as much as other breads might), and that's an advantage in microgravity.
you may be amused to learn that NASA held a teleconference the other day about tomorrow's CRS-32 cargo launch, at which they mentioned that they are flying up exactly 1,262 tortillas to the ISS

NASA’s Artemis II was a major success—so why couldn’t the crew flush the toilet?

Fun fact: Gravity creates most of the sense of urgency for peeing, so in microgravity, astronauts can't always tell when they need to go.

It's such a complicated process that they pee on a schedule.
