Ik ben weer terug van de sportschool, bekaf. Het viel alleszins mee. Alleen de crosstrainer was niet zo’n succes. Na 5 minuten was ik er wel klaar mee. 🫤

For #bandcampfriday, I've also done a track in my electronic side project Milestar. This track is called Sympathy, like the other songs I put out today, this is about a combination of my sister and goings on post-election.

For #bandcampfriday I'm happy to release Occupation. With Milestar releases, I write these to capture a specific moment in time and save it as a sonic diary. I hope that you find some meaning in it as well.

Must’ve been exhausted from all that fun! I suppose you get a pass then 😉

Actually, what’s my excuse 🤭 I waited for the rain to stop before going to the gym 😬

Based on things happening in my life right now, I just made this Milestar track based on the idea of both a physical and emotional bridge. We can come together if there's a well thought out bridge to meet on.

I've just finished my newest release for my electronic side project. I've been in the habit of making music that's something you can dance to. This is pretty odd for me. These songs were written while I was having a couple of very tough weeks.

Working on a new milestar track, and I have to say that I forgot how much I love working completely in Reason. For the longest time, I'd just used the rack in either Logic or Ableton, but this recent release is going to be all reason, which is a blast..

@fretnoize.bsky.social thanks! I very rarely do full albums. This one just sort of came together. Normally, Milestar stuff aims to capture a mood. Sometimes, for me that's done in one or two songs. Other times, it takes 7 or 8 :)
