The rest would have required them to jackhammer up the concrete stop pads, which I haven't seen because as soon as I saw that they'd milled I switched to riding up Adams and have been taking the Sands St. bike lane since.

Its been three days without my fresh milled sourdough: my fatigue, body aches, and sense of deeply disturbed ennui has returned. Bloating and constipation too.
I’m glad I did this experiment. But it’s WILD that this alone has such an impact on my gut health.
