- Der Schwerpunkt der zweiten Hälfte mit dem Problem der Besessenheit mit dem Fall ist das, was Fincher später selbst eingeholt hat. Er musste Mindhunters aufhören, weil die Nachforschungen ihn zu sehr belasteten

Which is part of my issue with a lot of glossy-ass streaming era stuff.
And fucking Mindhunters. It SHOULD be squarely up my alley, humping me sloppy until I’m a cow at homecoming, but it rings completely hollow for me because it’s excellently low ass art… calling itself high art.

You ever recommended a show to someone you're absolutely certain will adore it, but they take forever to watch it? the missus FINALLY started Mindhunters, and she's 100% in, like I knew she would be lol.

I'm sure people found my fascination weird or even unhealthy. Today, though, I doubt anyone would bat an eye. Interest in true crime is pretty much mainstream. Netflix gave us Mindhunters, Dahmer, and Monster: The Ed Gein Story. Hell, Hannibal showed some really fucked-up stuff, and that was on NBC.
