Ah lovely, the Specials are very cool looking cars.
Bought a very scruffy 1990 Cooper in 2011, ran it for a few years then it was off road for 10 having various bodywork & paint things done. Got it back on the road this spring, tons of fun, still fettling things tho, hence precautionary coil swap!

Those three spokes on the first one were perfect, though I do think the Ka looks good on the Minilite-alike wheels it offered later too.

I still think the rubber bumper B gets unfair stick. In the right colour combo, they can look pretty tidy I think.

Brakes are Cooper S spec with Mintex pads, and the 10-inch Minilite wheels wear Yokohama 008 tyres.
