How often does your WoL/OC visit the First? Only when MSQ tells them to for whatever reason, or do they pop in whenever they want? Do they visit friends there a lot, or maybe even have a secondary home they can hide from the Source's problems at?

Mir can teleport as often as xe wants, but after being blinded by Zenos, cannot do it without turning off aethersight.
So Mir only teleports when xe knows xe is safe to do so.

I'm gonna make my first #wolqotd, except it's specifically for non-WoLs! Can your character freely use aetherytes? What about over long distances? Are there any drawbacks?

Mir was in Kugane trying to make ends meet when the calamity happened. Xe heard about the lesser moon dropping and noticed that less boats were coming in from Eorzea for a while, but wasn't affected personally.

95% of the reason was revenge for what he did to Y'shtola and xerself.
The other 5% was for everyone else that was hurt/killed at Rhalgr's Reach.

Mir does not smoke, but Yotsuyu does. She grows her own stuff in her personal garden at Mir's house, but will try local blends when out with Mir on extended trips.

Mir gained a taste for noodle dishes and other savory things while living in Kugane. Xe tends to lean more towards fish and poultry, but will occasionally eat beef. Vegetables are also high on xer favorites.

By the time Mir adopts T'kebbe, xe could tell that she was in love with Khloe and was all in for it.
