Not really the same, but once you've gotten a bit into the Dragonborn DLC, the villain of that (Miraak) will start occasionally popping up after you kill a dragon to steal the soul out from under you until you finish the DLC. Certainly a rather efficient way to make you hate him if nothing else

Word O' Me is his face is jacked up because of Miraak, and he's one of those do all the quests chars including the Daedric stuff (though SOMETIMES he does the right thing, spared Erandur). AI always tries to either beautify him or give him a Jude Law hairline, ya can't do that, he's gotta be gah!

So I'm playing the story quests in Skyrim for the first time and I started the Dragonborn DLC with Miraak prior to doing "A Blade in the Dark" and when I killed the dragon during the quest, fucking Miraak showed up and ate its soul right in front of Delphine

Defeating Miraak at the Summit of Apocrypha in Skyrim was very underwhelming to say the least. AND I had legendary difficulty on. It’s no wonder people use mods to improve the level scaling.
