How about calling it done?:) Hellish kit, disastrous in all aspects. Decals almost disintegrated when in contact with water... But hell with that! Made it! Ladies and Gentlemen: 1/72nd Fw190A-7 from Mistercraft - NEVER BUY THESE...unless you love challenges xD

Until the GWH kit came around, the Academy kit was the best in 1/48 scale. Besides, it, the 1/72 Italeri and even the old Hasegawa kit look more like a MiG-29 than the Mistercraft kit

For us who began with Kovozavody (KP) kits from 70s and 80s, Mistercraft was still leap forward. 😅

Oh, this model will be alot of "fun". Noting fits together, "parts" are - well - strange plastic pieces. And the instructions do not match the model....

A huge thanks to @mistercraft for making/porting these amazing models so we all can enjoy these and make art/animations with them! 🫶

(I actually made this artwork back in January, but had to wait until now to share it xD)

India never license produced the Iskra. Nowadays you have the Arma Hobby kits in 1/48 and 1/72, or if you really want a fight you can get the 1/72 ZTS kit now sold by Mistercraft and Bigmodel

The store display looks like a much larger, custom made model

This may be the worst kit I've ever tried, and I built the old Warhammer 40k space marine bike squad.

Crucially, the vehicle on the cover CANNOT BE BUILT WITH THE CONTENTS OF THIS BOX.
A messy work table with the box for the AH-1G "Soogar Scoop" from Mistercraft. An attack helicopter flying against a bright sunset dominates the box, and cannot be built with it's contents.
