I’ve switched to using miswak sticks (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miswak) for this very reason. My teeth always feel dentist visit clean.

I’ve switched to using miswak sticks (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miswak) for this very reason. My teeth always feel dentist visit clean.
I've just discovered that you can (kinda) sharpen a miswak stick with a pencil sharpener.
Not entirely sure what I'm gonna do with that data yet, but now it's out there.

El miswak en el mundo árabe,ramitas de avellano en el cristiano,apio,enjuagues,gomas o resinas... Aparte de los sempiternos palillos para hurgar entre los dientes. No podemos pedirles sonrisas profident,pero ni de coña son las dentaduras horribles q imaginamos
