Falls du eine Idee brauchen kannst: Seit ich Vitamin D nehme (eine Kapsel pro Woche, von Mivolis / dm) bin ich extrem selten stark erkältet, trotz omnipräsenten Kinderkeimen.

I also bought 60 vitamin B complex capsules again and sea water nasal spray, also from dm´s own brand Mivolis. Afterwards I was at Rewe next to dm and bought 2 more food containers from 1 € articles. To replace 2 ugly, stone old Tupperware containers.

I just wanted to buy 2 ascorbin acid cans at dm drugstore on the other side of the street with my #PensionistPorsche, it´s sold out due to a new design that hasn´t arrived yet, so I bought 60 vitamin C & zinc capsules instead.

Das dm Nasenspray wirkt auch abschwellend, macht aber nicht süchtig und kann auch langfristig verwendet werden, es befeuchtet auch die Nasenschleimhäute, und es kostet nur 1,45 €.
