I didn’t take pictures but the bird was cooked in 2.5 hours and tastes delicious. A little dryer than I was hoping but still mosister than the average turkey
Just took a staff call that typically lasts an hour so I decided to get working on prepping dinner for tonight which is gonna be roast turkey.
It was about 25 minutes in and as I was finishing up the spatchcocking when I noticed I was unmuted.
