Delving into the process with Ricardo Celma is fascinating - love this behind the scenes moment with anitatrelles. Just a glimmer of the dedication.

A sculptural silhouette and bold eyeliner

A striking monochrome portrait presents a woman facing forward against a smooth, neutral background. The composition is tightly framed from the shoulders upward, emphasizing the sculptural balance of her face and the dramatic architecture of her hairstyle. Her hair is styled in a voluminous, carefully shaped bouffant that rises high above the crown of her head and curves outward with polished symmetry. The glossy dark strands are arranged in sweeping layers that catch soft highlights, giving the hairstyle a rounded, almost architectural presence. Her facial expression is calm and poised, with lips slightly parted and her gaze directed forward. The eyes are strongly defined with bold, extended black eyeliner that forms dramatic wings at the outer corners. Thick lashes and sharply defined lines create a graphic contrast against her smooth skin, reinforcing a distinctive mid-century fashion aesthetic. Her eyebrows are softly shaped and her complexion appears even and luminous under gentle studio lighting. Short, straight bangs frame the upper portion of her forehead, providing a delicate contrast to the larger volume of the bouffant behind them. The lighting falls evenly across her face, producing subtle shadows that define the cheekbones and jawline while preserving a soft, refined texture. She wears a black, high-neck turtleneck that rises smoothly along the length of her neck. The garment’s dark tone blends into the lower portion of the image, creating a clean silhouette that accentuates the elegant line of her neck and jaw. Keywords mod fashion portrait, bouffant hairstyle, graphic winged eyeliner, monochrome studio photography, 1960s inspired style, sculptural hair silhouette, high neck turtleneck, retro fashion aesthetic, classic beauty portrait, minimalist fashion composition Clearly identified as AI-generated; use is permitted for non-commercial creative projects. Douglas Mutebi, Kampala, Uganda. The Villager 1 — ballpoint pen drawing, 90 × 66 cm. His ballpoint works convey unusually deep feeling, and this piece was submitted to the ModPortrait competition in Spain. ❤️
