Next select Settings, and then Moderation on the next screen. At the bottom of the Moderation page under "Advanced" is a section called "Bluesky Moderation Service" that looks like an info box. It in fact leads to more settings.

it's absurd to complain about the lack of moderation when you steadfastly refuse to use any of the moderation tools available to you, because the only moderation you will accept is the moderators personally banning everyone you don't like
