Given the EU member nations' different views on what speech must be blocked/must be permitted, how does this end up working? If I live in Latveria but post from a cafe across the border in Modora, is Twitter obliged to block me per Latverian law, or forbidden from blocking me under Modoran law?

This is the 1st appearance of Modora, the country featured in the execrable Action Comics #1094.
To Mark Waid's credit, the sonic weapon there is a clever deviation on Sonar's schtick here. It's a very Mark Waid trick to pull, and I wish his politics were as developed as his appreciation of comics

This is the 1st appearance of Modora, the country featured in the execrable Action Comics #1094.
To Mark Waid's credit, the sonic weapon there is a clever deviation on Sonar's schtick here. It's a very Mark Waid trick to pull, and I wish his politics were as developed as his appreciation of comics

hell before the War of Light stuff got SO engrained they were clearly building up a major conflict with Modora? Sonar's country? that's where the new Tattooed Man gained his powers during SOME kind of police action and this was tied in with the new global guardians who disappeared & evil rocket reds

Thanks. 😅 It wasn't fun, but at least I'll finish my short story tomorrow? I tend to write fiction when I'm not feeling great, because it's easier to spend time with the dorks in Modora than it is to focus on the real world.
