7-week-old-old light brown wild Eastern cottontail rabbit with Alder tree seed husks stuck in his fluffy fur in green grass. Jasper was a fun little bun who stayed in our yard about 6 months then left to sow his male bunny oats; as most wild bucks tend to do. See him grow up and play with me in the playlist in comments.

10-month-old brown eastern cottontail has a scarred face and pink tongue out resting camouflaged in dried grass. Butters got into a scuffle a few months earlier and had a bad face wound. But she healed up and now is very distinct looking. This is from a year ago and I saw her tonight so what she currently looks like is in first comment.

Month-old brown eastern cottontail baby bunny lying in a loaf pose (where they look like a loaf of bread) on a bed of brown dried leaves and twigs to help them be camo'd. They're surrounded by green dewberry vine leaves and a brown cone. (5.26.2025) First comment has this link to the playlist for our first fun and friendly baby bunny last year, Turnip. I often found her sleeping in a loaf position, but she'd quickly get up and play with me. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKZortzkcishv4HkOgEwXWC10Kyhlmlm8 The first video won't count so please hit play all and let it play. Month-old brown eastern cottontail bunny standing nibbling on a dandelion seed head...making wishes! Turnip is a fun and friendly bun from this time last year. She's the first playful bun after I started my YT channel so I took lots of video of her. Link to her and other videos in first comment. Since YT doesn't usually count the first view from Bluesky (??), please play more so I can get much needed watch-hours to get monetized (a piece of the ads YT automatically shows on my videos). Month-old brown eastern cottontail baby bunny licking her front paw to groom safely under a thick evergreen canopy so the photo's a little blurry, but they're protected. I know my #MonetizeMeMay posts are annoying. But I’m the closest I’ve ever been & these posts are helping so THANK YOU to those playing my YT videos & getting me watch-hours!
Please keep watching 🐰💜
Playlists (link in 1st comment) are most reliable way for views to count (see ALT for more info) 🐇
6-week-old-old light brown wild Eastern cottontail rabbit named Jasper with his paws close together like he’s clapping in green grass. When playing videos from Bluesky, YT only counts the 2nd video on, which is why playlists are helpful. However, if you go directly to my channel, playing any video besides Shorts will help me get much needed “public watch hours.” Longer videos have less ads and will give me the most hours. And watching on a TV seems to be the most likely to be counted. I need 100s more hours to get monetized, which means I will get a (tiny) piece of the ad revenue for the ads that play automatically before and during my videos. Right now, YouTube gets it all. And YT likes it that way so they make it VERY difficult to get hours. I know once I’m monetized, my videos will be suggested more and will reach a wider audience. Spreading sweet bunny love! Thanks for caring enough to read this and for your support. I would love to get monetized to help pay for all the memory cards I go through b/c I can’t seem to delete any footage of our bunnies. They all mean so much to me. I would also love to get monetized so I can stop trying to get monetized. Ha! I really do want to stop posting about it. Please let me know if you have any questions.
