I had the most amazing meal last night. Sesame leaf salmon hand roll, Wagyu butter biscuits, lamb tenderloin, beets and burrata.
Woodford reserve double oak. Monkey47 gin, both on ice only.
Sticky cake with pears and ice cream. Espresso.
Anyone who can appreciate this should be able to try.

今日は一日自由時間をもらって、普段行くのを諦めていたところに何ヶ所か行けて気晴らしになった。
最後にふらっと入ったおばんざいのお店、店主がジンが好きとのことで、しれっとmonkey47が置いてあり、うおおおおそれをくださいと言ってストレートで飲んできた。次来たら、店頭に出してない珍しいジン飲ませてくれるって。行く行く。

Actually, I would put my own recipe up against Ikea any day. But their gravy is deadly serious, so I must surrender my ego tonight.

We're out of tonic so I don't know what the Saturday Dusk drinks will be — no Monkey47 gin + FeverTree tonic.
