#MonteFire This is a good view of the steep terrain this fire has entered. Just to the west of El Cajon Mountain. They will likely NOT be putting hoselays in there. Too steep and treacherous.

If they can hold it now, it will be fairly small. The challenge is, it takes a long time to get hoselays up there because of the very steep terrain. Firefighters putting in a bunch of work on the ground right now! #MonteFire
