North Carolina experienced some horrific flooding yesterday and last night. #Chantal stalled over parts of the state causing flash flooding, most notably in #moorecounty and #chapelhill. There was even a confirmed tornado in Sanford. Most of the effects were felt in #centralnc rather than the coast.
