Bottelaar Van Wees Holland heeft een prachtige #TheUltimate uitgebracht. In 2014 is ook een Mosstowie 1979 uitgebracht. De botteling van het 2e vat, 35yo, is nu te koop.
De #Mosstowie distillery is actief geweest tot 1981, dus heel erg veel is er niet meer van.

ミルトンダフの(かつてあった)ローモンドスチルで作ったものがモストウィー、らしい。1981年には作れなくなったので準閉鎖蒸留所というべきか。その45年前蒸留の20年前カスクストレングス。
干しブドウのような甘い香りと「おばあちゃん家」的なホコリっぽさ。味は甘露。のあとにちょっとほうじ茶的な苦みも来て、余韻はズーンと長く、度数は全然感じない。(その割に舌は痺れる)
美味いね〜
