Mini tins are 10 dollars MSRP. Pokemon has been scalped for along ass time and deals on Pokemon cards no longer exist. I remember being able to frequently buy Pokemon cards under MSRP. Now that's basically impossible unless you line up at midnight (although Walmart and Target charge above MSRP)
