The other key aids are buoys, and here in IALA A land that means keeping the green ones on your right hand side when traveling in the direction of buoyage.
H&S Wisdom, if not knowledge, on the wrong side of a green lateral mark and - just as importantly - wedged fast atop a Yorkshire mudbank. Again, the biscuit supply is not going to be overly taxed during the debrief. Close up wth the green buoy circled.

Inside the pond a small islands formed by a mudbank overgrown with reeds and vegetation reflects is shape in the water. The island is seen through a gap in the reeds from the opposite side. The air is think with fog, giving limited visibility at what lies behind.

I'm assuming there was a loss of power or something, because otherwise that obvious green lateral mark that is even more obviously in the actual channel is going to be really embarrassing.
