Der heilige Franziskus benutzte in seinen späteren Jahren ein Signalhorn aus Elfenbein, um seine Zuhörer zusammenzurufen. Das hatte ihm der Sultan von Ägypten geschenkt. Es diente zuvor dem Muezzin beim Gebetsruf. Ich glaube, man kann dieses Signalhorn in der Kirche von Assisi anschauen.

Geçenlerde bir cenaze için gittiğimde müezzin beye sormuştum, yasak yok ama cami imamının inisiyatifine göreymiş banttan ya da mikrofonla aşağıdan canlı okunması. Bizim müezzinin beş vakit için beş ayrı makamda okunmuş kaydı da varmış. Cenaze selâları da mikrofonla o anda canlı okunuyormuş.
