Narleens-style coffee is totally different from plain ole coffee. This is axiomatic.
I contend, though, that a muffaletta is just a "sub"-class of the grinder/hogie genre and, as Bobby Flay found out, does not have mayo as an ingredient.

And as others have said, getting a muffaletta sandwich from Central Grocery and sitting on the levee eating it (get extra napkins). I do it every time I'm in NOLA and it never gets old.
