Reality Fracture would've been cooler with an alternate Muldrotha that had red so I could more easily abuse Rukh Egg.

Astonishing Ant-Man had a lot of commander damage on me and I elected to die to commander damage. I ended up helping that player lose because of the milling effects I had. He tried drawing 26 cards from his library, but lost when he drew the 22nd card. OOF.

Swung out with 10 creatures with haste, trample, double strike, and +6/+0. This was also after going through two and a half dungeons. Lots of fun (for me) since I was able to eliminate all three of my opponents in the one attack.

100% agree. Some days, you want to play but you're not mentally *there*. Having a deck or two that are more on-rails will be more enjoyable on those days than the action/trigger heavy decks in the roster.
I know some days, I much prefer Primal Surge Muldrotha/Gyruda than Preston combo.

Oh! Those are good! I didn't think about cards that just care about permanents. I also love self mill so Muldrotha could be interesting. I also like how Glissa removes counters from permanents which it just so happens works well with battles It also makes me think of Xavier as an option.

Muldrotha, the Gravetide and Glissa, Sunslayer have been really fun Battles commanders in my experience! But I do also think Kykar is a rather good commander for that kind of deck!

I've only just started running bazaar in my artifact graveyard recursion deck, and need to consider it in my muldrotha deck. It's giving up a land slot but maybe that+ a tutor for it might be worthwhile all the same
