Knocking doors for @ordems.bsky.social a couple of weeks back, I met people genuinely surprised they weren't registered Democrats. They thought they were! MotorVoter got them in the system, but as a Non-Affiliated Voter (NAV). Check yours at OregonVotes.gov.

Many people end up as Non-Affiliated Voters (NAVs) without realizing it. Oregon's motor voter law automatically registers you when you get a license — but doesn't pick a party. If you never updated it, you may be NAV without knowing.
