(We have been misunderstood too many times because people assume!) Our judgment is based on actions, not prejudice! 2. Talking about mental health can be uncomfortable, too. Some of us excel at attentive silence, which can greatly help those struggling with mental health. We can give time to process and communicate without pressure which keeps the focus on the person and their feelings.
