We can get Fairphones in Europe with the open-source MurenaOS. I wonder if there are some phones it would work with over there.

tip: begin met je smartphone. Stap daar al eens weg van de grote namen. Er zijn alternatieven genoeg: Murena OS, Graphene OS, Lineage OS... Sommige bieden zelfs clouddiensten aan! Ik heb MurenaOS op mijn Fairphone gezet en alle belangrijke apps werken zoals het hoort.

Ešte na tom stále pracujem. Používam telefón s #murenaos a snažím sa čo najviac aplikácií inštalovať z #f-droid. Na YT používam NewPipe. MHD vačinou riešim cez web a imhd.sk alebo dpb.sk, prípadne cp.sk Murena umožňuje aj inštaláciu z play, bez nutnosti prihlásenia sa. Istá forma anonymizácie/proxy.

How kind of them. I want less Google in my life though, not more. Them holding back on Android updates for non-Google phones only drives me further away. I hope their new AI security flops. My next phone will not run Android or iOS. I'm looking at the Fairphone 6 with MurenaOS, which is open source.
