On Friday evening Ulster hosted Munster in a United Rugby Championship Fixture at Ravenhill. Ulster were on a 4 game losing streak and needed to turn their season around. Ulster started as though they meant business, forcing Munster back. After several drives close to the Munster line Tom O’Toole powered over from close range for the opening score. John Cooney’s conversion had Ulster 7-0 up in 8 minutes.
