In R you're required to install packages too. The way to set an env in python:
1. install anaconda
2. Open Anaconda Cmd window, it looks like usual cmd but more grey.
3. conda create -n myenv
4. conda activate myenv
Now use either conda install or pip install of any package you'd like to install.

不是.那个myENV是新加坡政府的weather forecast app.什么时候要下大雨了会提前推送notification.我因为时区不一样就从来没仔细算过提前多长时间,但是我估计是提前一个小时两个小时之类的推送.我是说我会收到他们一会儿要下大雨的推送但是没有直观感受.你这照片一上来就有一种推送成真了的感觉.
