Fox Television Stations is an American affiliate group. While most are FOX affiliates, a bulk in major markets aren't. FTS also owns the MyNetworkTV service (it's legally not a network), FOX Soul, LiveNOW, and half of MOVIES!, a digital channel that's a joint venture with Weigel Communications.

Byron Allen gets "Late Show" time slot on CBS, which will air "Comics Unleashed" at 11:35 p.m. Eastern Time; his other show, "Funny You Should Ask," will air at 12:35 a.m. ET.

You look at the general makeup of The CW, the bulk of the network's management, including the network heads, came from the UPN side, not from The WB side. The CW had The WB's scheduling practices & UPN's management. Also, the day The CW was announced threw off Fox's MyNetworkTV initial announcement.
