Hey Angular Network, I have a unit test that is failing on some weird, needs some help. If I use [routerLink]="['/myPath', mySignal()?.id, 'edit'] on a <button>, test passes, if I update to <a> I get "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'subscribe')", any ideas?

Probably, although in most cases you want to pass an entire expression and not just an individual signal. Many binding are expressions (ex.: mySignal() + 5) and those would have to be wrapped in a computed. Which ends up with the same number of signals in a graph.

There is a "mySignal" and an input will be another signal. So there are 2 of them, yes.

You can pass a signal to a binding but you would get a signal of signal on the other end. In short: an input always creates a signal.

We might change it with signal-based components in the future, though.

If you use signal in ios:

Copy your link from signal. Go to iOS setting, general, keyboard, text replacement. Past the link. Set a phrase like “mysignal”, then save it.
