#OTD in 1966: Pan Am Flight 708, a cargo B-727 [N317PA], crashes near Dallgow (E. Germany), all 3-crew die. The jet had descended below altitude clearance limit, but as Soviets didn´t return all the wreckage, cause for the maneuver was unestablished. Weather was likely a factor.
