The DGPS-stations of Skagen and Hammer Odde are unreliable, states 2 NAVTEX from today.
DGPS is supplementary to GPS and is used to correct.
As should be obvious from map these are strategic locations.
Previous instances have sometimes coincided with more ship jamming.

I ran their much larger navtex (107/25) and getting this. I got the same via another converter. But surely they are not mistaking the border that much. Any idea? Suspect conversion error.

Have you found any reference stating whether NAVTEX is in decimal minutes or minutes and seconds? Not finding it.
