If someone is charged with a sexual offence btw then any person they've previously litigiously silenced should automatically be released from an NDA. They deserve justice too.

Don't understand how it's possible to prevent someone reporting a crime to the police by the use of a civil action such as an NDA. Surely that's preventing the course of justice, or some such.
