I just checked my Navy Federal Credit Union account and got a "We’re having trouble displaying your information. Please try again." which I have never gotten before. I'm not Coast Guard or even a vet; I have NFCU because I have an active duty Navy son.

It's back up. Had a nice talk with the customer service member, and asked that she pass up to the higher levels that NFCU could help reassure people that they have protections in place by sending out emails to everyone, etc.

I'm with NFCU, too. But when I call, I get a live person. If they lock me out of my accounts, I would go to a small, regional CU, too. (I used to use Eglin FCU but they like you to jump through a ton of hoops if you try to move $$ out of their CU, so I moved it all out.)

I had been with NFCU for a decade, but after an AI agent randomly marked by account as fraudulent and locked me out of my accounts for 3 days, its over.
