Ovviamente la regola era stata scritta in questo modo per evitare che Peppino il Salumiere dovesse mettere su un'infrastruttura livello NASA, ma di lì a usarla come zona grigia per non spendere il passo è stato brevissimo👇

MA il NIS2 non obbliga i punti vendita
Ovviamente la regola era stata scritta in questo modo per evitare che Peppino il Salumiere dovesse mettere su un'infrastruttura livello NASA, ma di lì a usarla come zona grigia per non spendere il passo è stato brevissimo👇

Ufficialmente, la Danfoss ha evidenziato un problema di vulnerabilità del loro prodotto di controllo già nel 2025 che sempre molto ma molto in breve permetteva di entrare nell'intero sistema da una porta pubblica

Certo, però immagino che una struttura così grossa ed "organizzata" dovrebbe avere qualcuno (interno o esterno) che pensa ai rischi, li espone e valuta contromisure. E' sicuramente un problema di approccio, la NIS2 la devi fare? Tanto vale farla bene, nello spirito oltre che nella forma
