This would also ban a ton of “unintended” things (including 3-wheeled knee scooters, 3-wheeled mobility chairs, use of even the banned items as mobility devices) and is likely a pretty easy violation of the ADA…

in the beforetimes when such things mattered.

I get ADU is defined to have its own kitchen and stuff but I wonder if there will be issues with these units falling under the owner occupied exception and thus out of the full purview of FHA and NJLAD
