The state’s teachers unions are not progressive. They will sell out their purported allies at the drop of a hat… The fact that they’re throwing their PAC money behind this is shameful. #NOLAed #LaEd #LaLege #LaGov

Not sure why so many people seem surprised that LFT & LAE are engaging in blatantly self-serving behavior while claiming to work for the greater good.

If you're surprised, you haven't been paying attention.

The Times-Pic left out the part where OPSB sued the city because it had shortchanged the district's tax revenues for years & also charged OPSB an unconstitutional fee for collecting those taxes.

Don't let @mayorcantrell change the subject.

Mayor Cantrell is putting the education of this city’s children at risk by backing out of a deal agreed to months ago.

Are you f*cking joking?!?! $335k to someone who should have never been chosen as superintendent and who put the district is a financial hole.

OPSB members should be ashamed of themselves. This is ridiculous. #NOLAed #LaEd #NOLA #edreform
