I completed the NPQSL a few years back. Massive tick box exercise; I learnt nothing but was eager to learn. Really disappointing.
The NPQH and NPQSL final assessment feedback I've read recently is dreadful.
If you've passed, you get an email saying congratulations, but no feedback on your assignment at all. None.
If your assignment has been marked below the threshold, the feedback received is too vague to be helpful.

I am nearing the end of my NPQSL and I cannot express how glad I am that it’s nearly over. Still have the assessment to go which may break me mentally and physically. I enjoyed the NPQLT, but this one not so much.

Hi all! I'm Alison. I'm an AHT and SENDCo at a Junior School in Buckinghamshire. NPQSL and newly completed SMHL training ready for the addition to my role from September. Will have to try and post more in this place. Always felt no-one could hear me over there.
